AI scribing (voice-driven auto-filling of medical records) in healthcare information systems is reaching saturation. It is now a basic requirement, not a killer feature.
What is growing
Clinical LLMs with a built-in evidence base are gaining ground. Longevity tracking with microbiome analytics is starting to appear.
50+
digital therapeutic products (DiGA) are already reimbursed by Germany's statutory health insurance. This is a working monetization model for digital health.
Why it matters
Europe is consolidating around evidence-based clinical AI and clear reimbursement models. The hype is giving way to a simple question: "Where is the evidence, and who pays?"

The market has grown up. The winners are not the loudest demos but the solutions backed by clinical evidence with payment built in.
